The Province of East Midlands Provincial Meeting will be held on Saturday 9th August 2025 at Derby Masonic Hall, The Grange, 457 Burton Road, Littleover, Derby. DE23 6XX commencing at 11.00am. The Meeting will consist of the Installation of R. Wy. Bro. Raymond S. Ellis, P.G.G., as Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler for the Province followed by the Provincial annual meeting.

Annual Provincial Meeting to be held at Cheshire View, Freemasons’ Hall, Plough Lane, Christleton, Chester, CH3 7BA on Wednesday 17th June, 2026 at 11.00 a.m. Followed by Luncheon at 1.15 p.m.

The Annual Provincial Grand Conclave of North and East Yorkshire at the Masonic Hall, Beverley Road, Hull, HU3 1XL.

Installation of the Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler and the Annual Meeting of Provincial Grand Conclave to be held at The Cloisters, Barrington Road, Letchworth Garden City, Herts, SG6 3TH to be held on Wednesday 1st of July 2026 at 11.00am (Please be seated by 10.45am). Tea, Coffee & Bacon Rolls at cost from 9.00am. The meeting will be followed by Luncheon at 1.00pm. There will be a meeting of Four Counties Conclave No. 475 at 2.45pm.

The Annual meeting of the Provincial Grand Conclave of Devonshire to be held at The Masonic Hall, 2, St Andrews Road, Exmouth, Devon EX8.1AP on Saturday 4th July 2026 at 11.00am. ( seated by 10.45. am ).

Followed by Luncheon at 1pm.

The 20th annual meeting of Provincial Grand Conclave to be held at The Masonic Hall, Nailsea, BS48 1BA at 11.00 a.m. on Saturday 11th July 2026, followed by Luncheon at 1.00pm

Annual Meeting of Provincial Grand Conclave at The Masonic Hall, Rainbow Hill, Worcester WR3 8LX on Saturday, 18th July 2026.

Provincial Grand Conclave will open at 11.00 am and distinguished visitors are requested to be seated by 10.45 am.

Coffee and biscuits will be available at cost from 9.00am. Lunch is due to be served at 1.00pm.
